Refund policy

At Buckled In Belle Boutique, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the date your package was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • Free of pet hair, smoke, perfume, or body odor

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To start a return, please email us at   clara@buckledinbelleboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

Refunds/Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

If you’d prefer to receive store credit instead of a return to your original payment method, please specify in your return email. Store credit does not expire. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to a defect or damage, please email us at  clara@buckledinbelleboutique.com within 7 days of delivery. Photos may be required before approval.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to incorrect size, please email us at  clara@buckledinbelleboutique.com within 7 days of delivery. If we do not have the size you’re needing to exchange for, you will be offered the option of store credit or a refund after we’ve received the item back and approved for return. Please refer to our Return section to see the qualifications. 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

 

**Important Notes**

  • We require proof of purchase (order confirmation # or receipt) for all returns/refunds/exchanges. 

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
